Radiohead Release New Album, ‘The King of Limbs’, a Day Early

Radiohead have gone ahead and released their new album, ‘The King of Limbs’, a day earlier than expected. You can watch the single ‘Lotus Flower’ below.

Radiohead are one of the biggest bands in the world with a loyal following in practically every country in the world.

They have shunned traditional record companies for many years now and with each release they try to find different ways of promoting their music.

The last album that Radiohead released caused a stir when they told people that they could choose how much they wanted to pay for the album.

This time they haven’t quite gone that far this time and are back at standard download price points for digital version of ‘The King of Limbs’.

They are promoting their new album as the worlds first ‘newspaper album’ with the posted items shipping from next week and the digital download available now.

The full 'newspaper' version contains the following at the time of writing:

* Two clear 10″ vinyl records in a purpose-built record sleeve. * A compact disc. * Many large sheets of artwork, 625 tiny pieces of artwork and a full-colour piece of oxo-degradeable plastic to hold it all together. * A digital download.

If you prefer you can also download just the music as an MP3 or WAV files from their website straight away.
