The much loved 1970′s series, Charlie’s Angels is being brought back to TV this year by ABC.
The show was a hit in the 70′s with Kate Jackson, Farrah Fawcett and Jaclyn Smith becoming crime fighting household names across the world, with Farrah Fawcett’s hair becoming almost as famous. The show ran for 5 years from 1976 until 1981.
After the TV series, along came the movie in 2000 with Cameron Diaz, Drew Barrymore and Lucy Liu in the title roles. Now it seems that fans will get to sample it again on TV with a new series getting ready to air in America.

The 3 angels are to be played by Rachel Taylor, Annie Ilonzeh and Minka Kelly. Robert Wagner gets to play the latest incarnation of Charlie.
ABC have promised fans that the new series will contain more action, more eye candy and more heart than ever before.
It remains to be seen whether the legions of fans around the world take to the new series, looking at the trailer it appears that the series will stay true to the original vision of action, fashion and flirtation.
