Watch Lunar Eclipse Live
You can watch the lunar eclipse live here via a Google stream.
If you are not in an area of the world where you can catch the eclipse in the sky then you can watch it here live.
The event can be seen from the eastern half of Africa, the Middle East, Central Asia and western Australia. Parts of Europe will be able to catch the later stages if the sky is clear.
The eclipse is caused by the Earth casting a shadow over the moon although it can sometimes turn a ghostly red if sunlight hits it indirectly at the same time.
You can watch the live events below, with commentary, thanks to the google live stream (only available on the 15th June 2011).
